Biography

Dr. Anne R. Bass specializes in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, vasculitis, Lyme disease, systemic lupus erythematosus and inflammatory eye disease. She is the director of the HSS rheumatology fellowship program and an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine.  Her research focus is on thrombotic and cardiovascular complications of orthopedic surgery, and she is chairman of the HSS venous thromboembolism prevention committee
